Returns & Refunds
All original artwork sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original paintings and auction sales, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless the artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Please review the artwork images, dimensions, description and shipping information carefully before placing a bid or making a purchase.
Auction Purchases
By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the artwork if you are the winning bidder.
Once an auction has ended, the winning purchase cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. Keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be required for the courier claim.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
- Original artworks purchased through auction
- Original artworks purchased through direct sale
- Any item marked as final sale
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
Color & Appearance
We make every effort to photograph our paintings as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
Natural variations in texture, brushwork and surface appearance are part of an original hand-painted artwork and are not considered defects.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider, PayPal or other payment provider to process the refund.
